Symptom: WMS game was on for about a week, then crashed to this screen.

Steps Tried: Rebooted machine, same thing.

Solution: Performed a RAM clear on the machine, but the machine booted to this screen. Diagnostic button was not working. It turns out the door slider bar above the BV was sticking preventing the M door from showing open. M door must show open for diagnostic screen to show up. Proceeded with options setup, game came back up properly.

Parts: CF card, eventually.
