Stacker removed error on Aristocrat Viridian WS

Symptom: EGD will not clear “Stacker removed error” on current lock up tab in the audit menu.

Steps Tried: Tried pulling and reseating the bill validator
Tried pulling and reseating the cash box
Tried power cycling the EGD
Tried opening and closing the cash box door

Solution: Step 1: Pull the bill validator out
Step 2: open cash box door and pull cash box. *if you cant get access to the cash box door or don't want to open it, you can push the cash box out as far as it will go*
Step 3: put the bill validator back with the can still out and let it cycle
Step 4: let the EGD sit without the cash box for about a minute or two.
Step 5: reseat the cash box

Notes: If the tilt does not clear do this procedure again. Some machines will need to sit longer than others with the cash box out so be patient.
